Extremely fiendly and helpful staff who tried their best to accomodate my mother who is very sensitive to noise and needed a quiet room. Daniel was especially helpful and moved us to a different room. Alex, Alessia and Luke were also extremely helpful and answered all of our transport and tourist questions. Each room was decorated differently and had a lot of character.There was a very cosy, traditional feel about the hotel. Exceptionally good value for money and very good service all round.
