I was ill in Toulouse and needed to see a doctor. The staff were very helpful in making an appointment for me, my limited french was not sufficient for the phonecall. Be careful on checkout, make sure they know you booked on hostelworld. They forgot about taking our deposit off the bill, but we got them to check our booking and everything was fine. It is a simple, well run hotel - good for a night or two in Toulouse (which is all you'll need there!)

I really enjoyed my time at Hôtel Alizé. I found the staff very pleasant and helpful. As a lone traveller I felt safe in the Les Minimes area, and there were many local conveniences. I also walked the stretch of Toulouse and back in the day but there are buses and a local Metro.

The Hotel Alize is a small & comfortable accommodation which serves its purpose if you want reasonable bud but close to the capital. Personaly I found it a little dated decor-wise and being a non smoker disliked the bellowing cigarette smoke smell coming in through my window which was above the main street/entrance, even in the early hours when i was trying to sleep. however it still wouldn't rule out another stay here, I would ask for a room away from where the smokers gather.

This is a very nice little hostel, with cheap rooms, and a very good (and at a good price) breakfast! Larga coffee, croissant and baguette :D Easy to access with the Metro.
