Great little hotel in Venice! We booked a six bed for one night, and had a fantastic experience. The staff is friendly, the room felt secure, and everything was very, very clean. It's not a party place, but a great base to explore Venice. They also offer a FANTASTIC breakfast buffet for 6 euro. Great food and drinks, and you won't find a better price anywhere. I'd recommend this to anyone looking for a cheap place to stay!

The only redeeming factor for this hotel was it's location. The room was in terrible condition, the hot water intermittent at best. There is clearly an infestation problem as we could hear animals scurrying around the walls and roof space. The walls were cracked an peeling with the skirting boards falling off and mould growing underneath. The Internet was expensive and only available for use in the lobby, even there the reception was awful. When paying 100 euros a night, we expected much better

The hostel was not necessarily cheap, and you still had to pay for the Internet. And then once got it, we found out it only worked in the lobby and not up in the room. To be fair, they gave us a refund, but I think most travelers these days see free wifi as a standard amenity. It was disappointing.

Maybe the hotel isnt that bad as a whole but i think we got the worst room which made our stay very uncomfortable. Half the room had windows which wouldve been great for a view but they were in the middle of a renovation & all we could see was scaffolding. The room had a dirty old carpet, it smelled bad and it was freezing!!! We didnt get hot water in the shower. There was a stray cat inside the hotel and we heard a girl screaming about something she found in her room. Buffet breakfast was good!

it has an easy location for the good price. the wifi internet only works fine on the lobby i was in a room for 2 in the last floor and during the night the room got cold and also the hot water wasnt hot... and theres no place to meet people and have fun...

The room that I got for two nights was very old and antique. The double bed was not only small but squeaky as well so very uncomfortable. There was no TV in the room so at nights, it got a little boring sometimes and there was also no refridgerator. All the other 3 stars hotels I booked came with a TV and a refridgerator bt not this one. Room was small too. I was shocked when I first entered the room. It is a 3 stars hotel but the room looks like a motel room. Really really disappointed.

The hotel was easy to find, the accommodations were clean, the breakfast was the perfect start to the day, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

We where a big group, we had 3 reservatuons, two of them were cancelled without letting me know, i got there waited an hour so that they can help me and then they told me i had no room, they said i was told by email but they ciuld never prooved that, they where mean nand rude with us, didn t help us at all, the only reservation that was not cancelled the room was full of insects and not clean at all, as well as the bathroom. I asked to talk to the manager and they never let me. NEVER stay there

Everything in the hostel was good... but the woman in the recepcion (Luisa or Lucia) was not friendly.... she began a discussion with a guest in the hole hall, and she yelled and insult to the poor girl. She was not educated....she musn't be in a hostel reception. Take care with her

Bed bugs, my wallet was stolen, staff was only moderately helpful.
