Hotel Allegra Reviews

We were not given the room we booked online - I had to ask them for a refund or move us to a new room I did not think it was acceptable to put 4 of us in a room with 2 beds and 1 fold-up cot. All the services in the hotel were closed, room service, restaurant etc. and we were not notified in advance - this was extremely disappointing. Furthermore we had indicated our check in would be at 6PM - this is ample time to get a room ready, and we had to stand around in the lobby for 20 minutes.

A serious hotel,nice,quiet,not really good ir you re looking for the party scene in zurich. The location is good because it is really near the kloten train station,but its far from the city! Clean And nice.

Close to the airport and free shuttle provided to the airport is especially convenient for transit passengers like us. There is a supermarket just across the street. If you are planning to go to downtown Zurich, be aware that the trains only run every half hour and will make you 6 francs poorer each way.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!!

Very good place to stay! Service is great. Not in center of Zurich, but a few minutes by train near airport area - right next to station though. TV and LAN point in room with wifi also available allover.

Although I was disappointed that it was outside the city of Zurich itself, the hotel shuttle to and from the airport was definitely worth it. And I would hope that for that kind of price, a continental breakfast of some sort would actually be included.

Easily accessed from the airport with the shuttle. Close proximity to a regular train into Zurich. Fantastic room that had heaps of space and was a great price for what it was.
