Beautiful, clean and convenient to the train. Staff was very helpful and attentive. Internet speed was awful (over an hour to print a boarding pass). Would recommend highly.

Great location to visit Zurich and save on your stay. Literally 2 minutes from the station to Zurich HB, very convenient plus great and friendly staff!

We were not given the room we booked online - I had to ask them for a refund or move us to a new room I did not think it was acceptable to put 4 of us in a room with 2 beds and 1 fold-up cot. All the services in the hotel were closed, room service, restaurant etc. and we were not notified in advance - this was extremely disappointing. Furthermore we had indicated our check in would be at 6PM - this is ample time to get a room ready, and we had to stand around in the lobby for 20 minutes.

A serious hotel,nice,quiet,not really good ir you re looking for the party scene in zurich. The location is good because it is really near the kloten train station,but its far from the city! Clean And nice.

Close to the airport and free shuttle provided to the airport is especially convenient for transit passengers like us. There is a supermarket just across the street. If you are planning to go to downtown Zurich, be aware that the trains only run every half hour and will make you 6 francs poorer each way.
