Staff are nice. Location wise its a bit far. Breakfast food is included in our booking. They should improve along the food choices... I apprreciate the idea that u serve your local food but you also think into consideration people from other countries... Why not serve a more acceptable food irregardless of your origin... Like boiled egg, fresh fruits, chicken hotdog, fried chicken, steamed fish, cornedbeef. I hope to see an improvement on my next visit.?

the staff is unfriendly, especially the front officer.. the FO not helping when you have a booking problem.

i like to stay at Amaris... The location, the price is standard.. The room is okey, but one thing.. I think the food is not really good... The breakfast menu is very little.. so it need more variation and the taste is also not really good.. Overall, everything is okey... Maybe just need a little action to build amaris become a very good hotel...
