The bed needed a new mattress. There also should have been milk or an alternative to go with the complimentary coffee. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The location and staff are very good, but it is a pity that cleaness is not satisfied. There is no sheets on the bed. My friend and I were biten by unknown insects and felt itched.

Hotel Ambassador is a mix between a hostel and a hotel really. There are shared bathrooms (which were always clean and accessible), simple decor, kitchen and lounge facilities and friendly staff. There were perks including free and fast wifi, good location, maps and advice from the staff and free to leave luggage for the day. There is no elevator and all the rooms are upstairs. We stayed one night and found this place perfect for our needs.
