The staff isn't very nice... The breakfast is poor, you only can pick a drink for 2, you cannot choose chocolate and your partner coffee. During the week this street looks quite dangerous. We arrived at 5pm, the staff gave the key and when we opened the door... the room was a mess, with dirty sheets

The hotel itself was slightly run down but they obviously invested money in the rooms. Our room was small but very clean. The area was excellent - lots of great bars, etc and only a 20 min walk from the train station. We would definitely stay there again - good value for money.

I checked in Friday, Jun 7 at 21:00. The recepcionist (man) was very very unpolite. Impatient he rushed us to pay the total amount and was very impatient to respond to our questions. Along with the reservation we requested a matrimonial bed that was not in place. Rooms are clean and location is good. Poor breakfast. Ratio price/benefit is low.

It was very nice to stay since its location was so good. But, although I booked private shower option (by selecting “Twin Private Ensuite”), in my assigned room, there was a very small private toilet but shared shower. I don’t know why. Is it Twin Private Ensuite?

It's in a very good location between the sacree coeur and the moulin rouge. I wasn't expecting much for the room, but it was actually really good, everything is new! Also, there are a lot of cafes, markets, restaurants and cheap souvenir shops around! And you can easily get to the center, there are two metro lines next to the hotel! The breakfast was typical french: orange juice, a piece of bread, a croissant, marmalade, butter and coffe or tea. Totally recommend!

Really enjoyed our stay however there was a major problem in that I had booked a twin room for myself and granddaughter and when we arrived we were given a double room. We were relocated into a twin room early the next day - however it was not en suite which is what I had also requested. The booking for a twin en suite had been confirmed when I booked so someone had made a mistake somewhere.

The majority of the staff was friendly, and provided good assistance. The shower room was clean, but needed some attention. The breakfast was good for the price. Overall I enjoyed staying there.

The daytime front desk receptionist could be a little more friendly. She was very abrupt and set a negative tone for our stay. We were never told about the included breakfast, and missed it on both days. I also did not realize how close the hotel was to the Red Light district. It was a little upsetting when I realized where we were.

The hotel was very cute, very clean, and in a relatively good location. We slept well there for sure! The staff in the evening were much nicer and more helpful than the staff in the morning. I felt like I was intruding on everyone every time I had a question or a problem in the mornings, and that was irritating. If I'm a guest, I shouldn't be treated like I'm a problem. That may have been a culture difference, I don't know. But other than that, it was a good hotel.

Location is excellent, between 2 metro stations. Supermarket cross the street. Staff is helpful. Rooms are very clean and are cleaned daily. Luckily the 2 huge cats are only in the lobby..so I didn't have to suffer with my allergy. Would go again.

Overall great price and location--right next to metro stop with lots of restaurants and bars nearby. Very cute pets living downstairs at reception (2 cats and 2 dogs). Even though I have allergies and don't have pets myself, I found them charming. My first room had a problem with the electricity, but I was switch to a new room with no issue. Both rooms were very clean, quaint and pretty (feminine/floral decor without being cheesy). Would definitely stay again.

It was very clean and the rooms were nice and bright! The breakfast offered is light but does the trick. The staff are super helpful. It is less than a 3 minute walk to the Metro, a five minute walk to some great cafe's for brunch, and a really short distance away from Moulin Rouge but far enough away that you don't hear it all at night. It was nice and quite. If you are looking for a party hostel this may not be the best place for you. I would stay here again.

This is a great place in a great neighborhood. It was exactly what we expected and wanted. Walk to the metro, nearby grocery and wine store, tons of restaurants, and just down the hill from Sacre Couer, Loved it.

When we booked we were a bit concerned with the location (Pigalle) but this was misplaced and we felt quite safe. Even though we reached before the checkin time we were allotted a room. We liked our room on the 6th floor, this is a newly constructed room and you can see the Sacre Coeur from the window.  The shower area was small but we were ok and quite liked the room overall. Breakfast was light with Baguette , Croissant and coffee. Would recommend the two free walking tours with Culture fish.
