On arrival the resident cat promptly got sick right in front of us and the Madame then took offence when we commented on it. She would not let us look at the bedroom when we requested as she said she was very busy yet stayed in the foyer for at least 5mins giving out about us in front of us to a gentleman. We were highly insulted and except for the fact that we had nowhere else to go we would have walked out the door. Room washhand basin cracked & shower head broken, noisy noisy noisy place.

Location cannot be better. Set in the trendiest and most "authentic" quarter in Paris, Pigalle. Staff was unbelievably nice. Wifi in room was very good, strong signal and vdecent speed.

Smallish room and old carpet. Toilet drainage was clogged on first day but rectified soon the morning after. Breakfast every morning. Small lift. Location close to a metro station. 2 lovely cats to play with at the lobby.

Great location. Friendly staff. Breakfast was good, but very crowded in the dining area, and a bit of confusion at how this worked. We enjoyed our stay, thankyou!

Overall it was a pretty bad experience. Very small room for 2 person and "no toilet". No lift on 6th floor. Breakfast was only a croissant and quarter French bread with tea/coffee. And dont dare to ask for more. Hotel staff doesn't even give you a single spoon/plate if you need it for something in your room. Internet was OK but WiFi shuts down every morning around 5 and does not start until manager comes around 830-9am and "do something". Counter lady and 1 night shift guy were at least polite

A relatively clean no star hotel. You get what you pay for. Small rooms. Friendly, helpfull staff. Cash only for bookings made via internet and no credit for online deposit was a surprise. Buyer beware.

Lovely staff and very cute cats! A previous comment mentioned the shower had to be held up by hand making it a bit difficult to wash one's hair, and I think we got the same room as there was the same problem. It would be good if they checked their emails more often as I didn't receive a reply until several days after sending. A kettle and a couple of mugs in the bedroom would be nice. Maybe that's more of a typical English thing? Great location and excellent value for money.

The hotel was very average in my opinion, nothing spectacular but nothing really to complain either. The staff spoke enough English for basic communication. Breakfast was included to the room price which was nice. Even though the coffee and tea were terrible and white bread with butter and marmalade were too much 4 mornings in a row...

DON´T GO THERE. Very unfriendly staff. We got our recevation cancelled when we wanted to see the room before payment. We were met with suspiciousness because we wanted to talk with the boss. Very unfriendly boss. The receptionist lied about our room, said he gave us a room with twinbeds because he was nice and we should not tell the boss, but this was the room we already reserved. They kicked us out when we wanted our money back. And was very nasty. Not a place to recommend.

I didn't have particularly high expectations for this hotel, seeing as we were paying such a decent price, but as soon as we arrived I was really impressed. The staff were friendly, location spot-on, the room was perfect for our short break - standard but clean and comfortable. The included breakfast was also tasty. If I'm honest, if anyone has any problems with this place, considering it's a city budget hotel, then it says a lot more about them as a person! Would definitely recommend.

We were there 3 nights. The Staff was very friendly and helpful. Small nice Hotel if you need a place to sleep and off the whole day sightseeing. The surroundings of the Montmatre hill were beautiful. I would definitely go there again.

This hotel is 5 minute walk away from Sacre Coure, a beautiful church and great hang out spot at night. The included breakfast is delicious. Staff cleans the room and provide fresh towels daily. loved our stay :)

Very good location, literally 2 footsteps from Sacré Coeur, cosy hotel with nice staff, good breakfast included, free wifi, nearby metro and all other useful services. Definitely good value for money, next time I'll be in Paris I hope to go there again.
