It was not marked as a hostel, so our guide had to go in to ask. It was not close to much, but we were able to walk to the subway to ride to where we wanted to go. The family that runs it were extremely helpful in giving us directions, and stored our luggage while we were gone during the day, then they called a taxi to get us to the airport.

Very helpful staff. Not all of them spoke english but they spoke slowly in Spanish and make sure you understand. It is a hotel and not a hostel therefore no organised trips or anything. However they were more than happy to let us use the common areas of the hotel after we checked out as our bus was not until 10pm.

it's difficult to use hot shower sometimes because it makes lots of noise. but other than that, this hotel was pretty good. Oh, maybe they should have a sign outside because people can't find it.
