You pay for the location, near from metro station and about 1 km from Champs Elysee. On the other hand, the room is so small that we didn't have a place to put our second medium bag. The bad had a hole at the left side (my side...), so that my back and my neck hurts till today.

There is one thing i want to complain, we book a quad room for four people, but it seems they give us double room and extra two single beds. The fourth bed is really hard to put in the room, too crowed, the space is not enough, we have to move the double bed aside, and then the restroom door can't open completely, the space just only let one person pass through. Really bed.

We enjoyed our stay. Friendly staff, great location. The only downside was that there was construction work being done in one of the rooms/flats next to our room which meant that starting from around 9am all day we could hear banging and drilling and couldn't sleep. At night it was very quiet though.

Good location, lovely staff, however very small room, uncomfortable bed, and no option for 'do not disturb'. I think we were on toilet paper rations as we kept getting half rolls and no spare second roll so we had to embarrassingly call reception to ask for some, maid didn't knock just busted in to give us the toilet paper. I don't suffer from calaustrophobia but the last 2 nights of our 4 night stay I woke in a panic because the room was just so small. It looked better on the website in photos

This hotel was actually a pretty good value, considering we got a discount on Hostels.com vs the price advertised on the door. It was neat, clean, and simple. No frills, but good for a short visit to Paris. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only real downside was that Wifi was not free, which is so essential to travelers. All that said, about as good a deal as you\'re likely to get in Paris clean, comfortable, and a great location in the 16th, right next to the metro. I\'d stay again.

Great location. Good for travelers who want a private hotel on a small budget (prices are about half of what the Best Western next door charge). It's definitely not fancy or luxurious, but we didn't mind. The staff was friendly and helpful. We would stay here again. The only disappointment was that we were charged when we check out for using a safe deposit box, but they didn't tell us that there would be a charge when we asked to use it.

Looks a lot nicer online than what it actually is. The beds are on wheels and shake, and the tv in the room is very small with limited channels all in French.

Arrived early so staff let us leave our luggage; we returned late. Our room assignment was outside in a patio area where we climbed very narrow stairs. Room was clean, neat and tidy but worn. Bathroom was clean but small. Staff was excellent.

Found the room clean and tidy with basic amenities. the room was only big enough to fit two single beds. the room was basic, not luxurious, but great value for money. we spent most of our time sightseeing around paris, not in the room. free wifi was available in the room, just ask for the password from reception. good location, close to metro, walking distance to arch de triumph. great value, would stay again.
