It's a good value.

the lady at the front desk on our arrival was rude and unfriendly. We enquired about he possibility of cancelling our booking subject to a cancellation fee. This was the catalyst for a barrage of hostility and abuse. She told us that cancellation was subject to 15 days advance notice (which is not the case as per the terms and conditions). The reception that we received was unbelievably hostile. Never again will we stay there.

Very nice place! So clean. Very cheap for how nice the rooms were!

We expected more modern and nicer rooms, as the photo of the Hotel was in fact a different building to where we stayed. The location is good, but for the standard and age of room it was expensive and we would try to find elsewhere again. I have stayed in over 30 places that I booked though this site but this is the 1st time I've felt strongly enough to write a negative review.We had stayed in much nicer places for less money, such as in San Sebastian. The breakfast was good though I have to say.
