The woman at the front desk was vary nice but the cleaning guy looked in our bags and my meds are now missing.

All the necessities -- nice linens, sufficient towels -- all done modern & clean. Otherwise pretty simple. As noted, place is renovated. Computer in lobby, free wireless, AMPLE tasty brkfst, 24hr staff (v.nice/excellent english), gift shop, knowledgeable, extremely quiet, right nr Central Station. If you want to meet fellow travelers, brkfst is the place. Otherwise, not a lot of socializing. 10min walk to all the attractions. Place is more hotel than hostel, hence the higher cost. Spotless hotel in a very central location, situated in a quiet street with a lot of neat restaurants nearby. Some streets (notably Istedgade) feature street prostitution at night, but nothing to worry about. The location is excellent, and the condition of the building is outstanding, very clean and nice. It is, however, a hotel not a hostel at all.
