Charged me 105 for not staying there when I told them over the phone that I am not staying there because they were not able to accommodate the bed situation. Said no problem over the phone within 30 minutes of booking. Now they charge me and state that that was a college kid that I spoke to and he has no authority over decisions like that and it's not their concern. This is terrible customer service
