The hotel was extremely dirty and I cleaned it by myself.The staff doesn't speak engllish well .The last night of our accomodation,I booked a further room for my boyfriend,when he went to hotel in order to check in at 12 o'clock a.m they informed hom that the reservation canceled and they booked another hotel for him,a single room.So I checked out my own room in order to stay with my boyfriend in the other hotel.When we arrived in the other hotel theu don't allow to stay together.

Incredible, I was badly treated and my room was not done (it´s a Hotel not a Hostel).

The kindness and helpfulness of staff and the excellent position to move quickly through Milan. Excellent quality / price ratio.
