A nice little hotel in a great location - not in the busy San Marco area, but surrounded by shops and restaurants and within easy walking distance of the train station and St. Mark's is easily accessible by water bus.

Very well located.Very nice staff, allowed us to leave our luggage after checking-out. Breakfast was good. The room was clean and so was the shared bathroom (we stayed in a small apartment of 2 bedrooms). I've already recommended this lovely b&b to some friends, would def stay there again. Nice atmosphere, though some neighbours outside make some noise at night.

Our apartment was 10 minutes from the hotel. That means you have to walk back there for breakfast, but its advantage is that its closer to the centre. It was Clean, except the bed was a bit dusty, which you might only feel if you are allergic to house dust. We had a double room sharing a bathroom with one other room. We had no airconditioning, which is unneccessary in September anyway. For breakfast we got croissant, roll, tea/coffee. Look for the Hotel Leonardo sign to find Ariel Silva.

This was a nice hotel in a great location (although down a very narrow street) Breakfast is included, and nice. The only bad thing was one particular guy wasn't very pleasant and everything seemed to annoy him. The air conditioning was great too!

We had the chance to get a small appartment for 2. Great location not far from everything and at a very good price.

We very much enjoyed our stay in this friendly, clean, cosy hotel. It's in a good location for exploring Venice and don't worry if you are asked to stay in the 'annexe' this is still part of the main hotel and is just as nice.

Positive: Great room with kitchen, TV, AC and nice bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful. Negative: The AC couldnt handle temperatures under 25 it seemed. Despite having it on 19, we sweated through the night., Difficult to find partly because of Venices adress system and partly because of the really poor instructions on this page!

It's a hotel. cosy, neat, good for relaxing after a hole day walking around all the little streets (and canals) of venice. It has a very good location, since it's in the main venice island, so all the top spots are at a walking distance, and so you're not depending on bus or boat schedules.

This place was really great! the nicest hostel/budget hotel that we stayed in! the room was big and clean and had air conditioning! It was a little hard to find, but if you just ask they people in venice are extremely nice and will help you! a jewelry shop owner actually looked them up in the phone book, called them and asked for directions!
