hotel's is quite literally on the side of the main road so was very noisy at night as our room faced the road. It's a 25 minute walk from the main area of Mestre but the bus stops right outside which is helpful. Make sure to lock away your things in your case if you go out for the day as there are no safety deposit boxes provided and after locking my room behind me and going into Venice for the day, somehow someone got into my room and stole my money from my case, and the staff couldnt care less

Very nice staff, able to speak English and help. Location is good even it's a bit far from Venice. Bus stop very very close to hotel. Only bad thing is very thin walls, we could hear lots of from another room(s).

I was very disappointed by how unhelpful the front desk staff was. Upon arrival, we were met with an unfriendliness that nearly bordered on hostility, and when we asked for suggestions on a place to eat, we were sent off in completely the wrong direction. When we returned and asked again, the response was "I've already told your friend, it's that way." I was shocked by the rudeness. The only redeeming quality was the morning desk staff, who was very helpful. I would not recommend this hotel.

Some of the staff were friendly enough but others were extremely rude and one receptionist was adamant we didn't even have a reservation despite having already paid the deposit days in advance and refused to check the computers. He was even going to make us pay to use the Internet (2€ for 15 mins of wifi only by the way) to prove we had a reservation. Other staff made us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. The room was really nice though and not all staff members were that bad.

The location is not that good, but there's buses near by that take you to venice and to the station. The night staff could have been more gentile and the cleaning lady know at our door at 12pm (!!!) everyday to clean the room (and no, this is not suppose to be a hostel). Oh, I also have to remember someone everyday that my internet was free, and one of them seems not to believe me. Beside this, the facilities are ok and the value for money is really good.

We were really excited when we got to this place- the staff was friendly, the rooms clean (and private!) and the location quite nice- though a bit far from "downtown" Venice.

It was a nice place. A bit far from Venice but there is a direct bus from bus stop in Venice to the hotel.
