The staff is very nice, especially Patrizio with a great Italian sense of humor. It is not very close to the center on foot but there are 2 subway lines around and is only 5min walk to the train station. I previously read there was an issue with the shower but for the whole stay the shower seems to work perfectly. And there are double windows to isolate noice so the tramway can barely be heard. For the price it is definitely value for money.

For the price this hotel was very nice. I`ve stayed in much worse more expensive hotels. The area of Milan is good and the staff very friendly and helpful. Recommended. Small sign though so look for hotel Eva as it shares the same building.

We went to this hostel just to sleep for one night before catching an early morning train. We chose it only for its proximity to the station. But we had a bad experience as we could hardly get any sleep. Our room was on the street side and so was extremely noisy with trams going by at frequent intervals all night. In addition to it, the table fan in the room was old and making a lot of noise. We had to keep it on in spite of the noise as it was quite hot.

Hotel Arno is a small hotel 1/2 mile from the Stazione Centrale in Milan. Easy walk from the station. There is a grocery about 2 blocks away with reasonable prices. The hotel rooms are spare but adequate. Our room had a private bath with shower and a sink in the room. Public transportation is nearby, but we walked to the Duomo and the main square, Castle, and the Last Supper. Pizza restaurant next door is an excellent value. This is a great budget hotel with helpful staff and 24 hour acce

Staff is not helpful at all with extremely poor attitude. The internet is very slow, barely for sending a message, not to mention a photo. The room with poor sound insulation which you can clearly hear people speaking and train passing through. No locker and no room for luggage storage, luggages just put in the lobby unattended, everyone can get it without authorisation. It is the worest hostel I stayed throughout my 4 month Europe travel. I would definitely not stay here again!!

Overall, we were happy with the services provided.. however, there was mould on the bathroom walls. This is unhealthy and could easily removed by cleaning services. There was one night when the receptionist was talking loudly with his friend for a long time and we couldnt sleep of the noise. But after we talked to him he finished the call and we could sleep. After all, we were satisfied and we would recommend the hotel to other guests.

Nice staff, clean room and bathroom. 20-30 mins into the heart of town but close enough to the train station, which is why we picked it.

The staff are very friendly.

Perfect location, friendly staff. Nothing to complain. Just notice that the elevator in the building is so small you can only fit in there yourself or your luggage. Not both at the same time.

It's a 10minutes walk from the main Milano Centrale station, makes it easy to do day trip to Lake Como and to travel to another city.

Room 23. There was too much visible mold (fungus) in the bathroom (too many gaps between tiles covered with this green stuff and much of the ceiling had visible spots) ! Quite nasty experience. The bedroom was OK in good condition and quite nice, but the bathroom was old, rebuild needed!

Excellent place for those who want to spend little money! Near the main attractions, near the train station. The only problem, which is nothing compared to the advantages, is that the shower was cold from time to time but it didnt bother me.

The single room was ok, you could realy hear a tram, but I could sleep well anyway. The location is perfect, wery close to anything. The stuff was kind and provided me with good info. You could come in and out anytime. I would chose it again.
