The hostel is nice, well situated about 25 minutes walking to the very center (Duomo). The room was nice, clean and big. The bathroom was small but worked perfectly and the sink was outside the bathroom, in front of the bed!!! It was strange but it worked just fine. The only problem for us was that we got room 20, just by the reception area and noise was constant: people talking, the bell, the lift, the TV on the little eating area by the reception...if you get room 20...run for your life!!!

We weren't allowed to leave with our room keys or go out after 1 in the morning, it was quite dirty and smelled of something awful.

Very simple and good hostel, you get what you paid for and I found no negatives. Really nice staff (good English too), clean facilities, on a street with a lot of hotels but was a little hard to find since it doesn't have a big sign. No private bathroom in my room but had a sink, got towels soap and shampoo.

This hotel was great! It is about a 10 minute walk from the train station, and the staff was very friendly! It is kind of far from the main parts of the city, but it was safe and had a comfortable environment.

Mixed bag of an experience. The rooms are large, but not the most inviting (bars on windows etc.) Some of the staff were friendly and some indifferent. Didn't get a map or rundown like a lot of other places do. The location and price were each good though.

We had a room in Hotel Eva. We liked the room and the location was great, close to the train station and fairly close to downtown. We bought food for breakfast at a nearby supermarket. The one problem was security -- we were initially given the key to an already-occupied room and had to ask for a different room. A dishonest person could have stolen something. We had to go up a narrow staircase to get to our room, which wasn't a problem for us but might be for some people.

Honestly it's the sweetest little hotel in Milan. 10 min walk away from the train station (I don't know why somobody reviewed it as a 30 min hike?!). It is also a short walk to the Duomo area. So perfect location. I had a single room facing south, very clean, comfortable bed. The staff were extremely nice. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in Milan. Will be back to this hotel next time.
