The Arno is really to everything, as well.as clean and with decent facilities.

Hostel itself was ok. However we do not have a good opinion about staff. We spent there one night, check out and left our luggage at the reception, because we had a train later in the evening. We got back there in the afternoon and wanted to eat some salad at the small table near the reception. Staff was angry at us and was constantly asking when we are leaving, because it is not the place to eat. Just before leaving we used the bathroom and it only made things worse.

Hostel is divided into two hostels - Arno and Eva. We were in Eva although booking was for Arno. It looked like Arno was more renovated. The room was very simple, without a real window. It was clean though and ok for just sleeping. The staff was very nice and positive. We paid 2 eur per person per night for the local tax in addition to the invoice expected. There are coffee places around in the area for breakfast. Also some restaurants for pizza etc not very expensive. Overall it was ok.

Milan is expensive so it was good value for Milan but still expensive overall for quality. But it was a nice clean room, the beds were comfy and good air con for July heat. Close to central station and tubes, we went to visit the Milan Expo which was easy to get to and worth a visit.

First I was looking for Arno hotel and then just a person in the street helped me to get to right place and I passed two times for the same place. The elevator its to tiny and I don't want to know if somebody has been trap there because it's a old elevator. The staff the man that it's in the night it's not friendly and that means a lot to somebody that it's staying in a place that you don't know . Really I just recommend this just for one night if you don't have another place :(
