We stayed there in May and could hardly breathe. Not sure how can one survive there in July without air conditioning. Everything is old. Wouldn't go back.

This is more like a hotel than a hostel, hence the price. However, the staff were friendly, it was close to the attractions and the breakfast was great in the morning. You won't meet many other travelers here, but it's a safe and clean space.

Room and bathroom not very clean. However you get what you pay for, which is a bed for a night.

I had a perfect stay at the hotel. I went to Milan for a city break and the hostel was close enough to the center, I was walking all the time, or taking the bike. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Some rooms are very minimalistically furnished, but they are clean - you get all you need for a city break!

Staff were very nice. good location, 5-8 mins walk from train station. good value just 2 things that could have made it better. The TV in the room did not work, wasn't that bothered. But No hot water at all in the shared bathroom or the sink in the room 7.

Wonderful little hotel. Hotel Arno and Eva are linked together on the same floor, and we ended up on the Eva side. The man at the front desk was very cheerful and helpful at all times. The bathroom was smaller than we're used to, but more than sufficient for its purpose. No need for public transportation, Hotel Arno is nicely located between the train station and the touristic center area. Breakfast is offered for 3 euros, and it's a great value! Great for getting a "local" experience!

It's a lovely place to stay. Just 20 minutes walk from the Duomo. In the neighbour there are 2 supermarkets where you can get all kind of stuff you need. 7 minutes walk from the main railway station, where you can find some nice places to eat. The hotel is on the 4th floor, but there is a lift, which is extremely small, but still can carry you and your luggage. The staff is nice and kind to you, eager to help with anything. They have free city maps and free wi-fi in the whole building.

One thing you should be aware about this hostel is the fact that Arno Hostel is located on the 5th floor. Make sure you can carry your luggage all the way up. The staff I met was very unfriendly. It seemed that I bother him when I was asking questions about the things I need. The room was very clean and nice. It is located near tram 1, which will take you to Duomo and other sight seeing places.

The place is really scary!! it's an old house that I couldn't name it hostel or hotel!, it looks bad, dirty, the elevator is a tramp for mouse, and best thing, when you pull down in the WC the sink becomes a fountain!!!!!

Since I'm not a picky one I had no complaints: it was cute, warm, silent, comfortable, clean, very good internet connection that you can use in room, easy to find from Milano Centrale, everything's fine, thank's! Ahh, expect maybe the elevator who is sooo tiny, but it's just a small detail ;)

Security is pretty good because there is a 24-hr reception and a front entrance where you have to buzz the hotel before you will be let thru. Location is a short walk away from the main station, and another stone's throw away from one of the main shopping streets Buenos Aires. Numerous metro stations nearby, and it doesn't really take you long to get to the main tourist attractions by metro. That being said, the hotel's showing signs of aging, and the lift isnt for the claustrophobics amongst us

close to the Milan train station and some hole in the wall gems. Wouldn't recommend for girls traveling alone at least not at night. Hotel staff is great and very helpful and pleasant.
