Generally the Hotel is ok, especially considering that it is one of the cheapest in respect of double rooms in Turin. However, its quite strange that there is in one part of the hotel no reception, or at least that there is nobody sitting at the reception. Therefore, you only need the security code and can enter the hotel and all rooms of the hotel. It was fine for us, nothing happened, but its not really secure. The location is fine, its near the trainstation, the centre and the metro.

I stayed four nights in this hotel. The staff was ok towards me, but not friendly at all towards others. My room was in 60's style, old, smelly. The bathroom wasn't cleaned daily, rather tidied. Hotel was very noisy too. Would not recommend this hotel!

Very nice place, located in the center of the city, nice staff always ready to help, it's definitively a place to recommend. My suggestion: open a restaurant.

Great location, close to train and main attractions. Fairly clean if not older style furnishings in room. Only issue was we are quite tall. Being in the attic rooms makes it very hard to go to the loo as the bathroom was under a very sloping roof! Also made it a little hard to shower standing up. Other than that, the staff were pleasant and efficient and we loved Turin itself.
