It was good hotel, however my TV never worked despite asking them 5 times to do something about it, the room was extremely warm as there was no A/C, so all of my nights were uncomfortable. Staff were nice, but one of them didn't speak any English at all which made it really difficult to communicate anything with him. Location is fantastic, in the centre of Turin. The shared bathroom was ok, but it needed more cleaning.
Good hotel. Nice location and building. Friendly staff but few of them spoke English. Breakfast was not great.
Very nice hotel. The receptionist was kind enough to wait for me since my train was delayed, she was very helpful. The room was big and comfortable. Amenities are good. The breakfast was generous. The hotel is close to both train stations. WiFi reception was great in the room. No complaints.

We were charged 10% extra to what the website advised when we arrived. There was no mention of this on the site. Wi-Fi was not available. Washing machine in bathroom wouldn't work. A call to reception was futile because the man on the phone couldn't speak English. Breakfast was good. Little tourist information was available. Water in shower was barely hot enough and on second night it reduced to a trickle. Wouldn't recommend this place.
