No point advertising in English because the sign for the hotel outside was Japanese so I stood little chance of finding it. When I got there the staff found it very amusing with how upset I was and laughed in my face while I tried to communicate with them. None of the staff spoke English so my questions remained unanswered like where to shower and put my luggage. This place is not fit for tourist and I felt let down by the hotel & hostelworld for allowing non Japanese speaking people to book.
