We enjoyed our stay, however negligence on our part we failed to close the window and had a phone and a pair of shoes stolen. It would be good that the management kindly reminds guests to close window before leaving for the day. One of the men working, I think his name was George, the older one was very pleasant but the other guy a younger person needs to smile more. Carla Australia

Nice people, especially Elena, ready with advice and polite smile. Clean and quiet hotel, good morning coffee and the best icecream in Pisa is a few meters around the corner. I'd stay there again.

The location of the hotel is quite good (you can go by foot to look at the leaning tower); minor point is that you have to check in before 01u00 at night (even in te weekend); we had a 4 persons bedroom witch was accually a twin bedroom with bunkbeds added...
