It was too much money for the quality of service that we receive, the staff were not enough friendly. The only good thing is the location of the Hotel

Awful experience. While we were out for dinner (approximately 2 hours), we had $900 USD stolen from our room, which was in a locked backpack. The staff refused to acknowledge it even happened or do anything at all. Just pay the extra money and stay somewhere safe, you'll thank me.

it's a good hotel for a weekend trip! right in the centre of casablanca and near a tram station. It has all you need and it's clean.

Hotel Astrid was definitely worth it for the price of the rooms! It's located not very far from everything (but if we weren't brought directly to the front door, we may have never found it especially in the dark!). The staff was nice and there was working internet! All in all, a great stay! Better than the Hotel Central where we had stayed at the end of our trip!!

Location perfect and we stayed in the building adjacent to the main building which we found out was a good thing. Facilities are good but staff not very helpful. Seemed to be high or not sure what was going on a lot of the time therefore lead to confusion and couldn't really ask them for much help. But saying that the private room we were in was adequate and clean with good location.

Staffs are really friendly and the breakfast is good! Location is good, cause is close from Casa Voyageur (7 min by taxi), but the area is not that nice. Cleanliness is very poor.

Hotel was overbooked and I got a crappy room next to the restaurant and reception. Pretty much a night with no sleep at all paying the same price as a "regular room". Staff was ok and the area is not the best but anyway Casablanca does not have much to offer…

Very accommodating, and friendly. I appreciate that they handle business in Arabic, French or English!

Did not actually stay at the hotel Astrid - was upgraded to another hotel. The staff was very helpful at both hotels. So nothing to complain about.

We stayed here one night because our flight got in late and we couldn't take the train directly to Marrakesh. It was fine. Nothing too memorable either positive or negative. It was inexpensive, clean, and had everything we needed for one night. The shower was warm and had good pressure, but was apparently intended for a very short person. The decor was interestingly mismatched, kind of like my grandma decorated it or something. The cable wires were not hooked up and we had to get tape from the

An expensive place to stay for what you get

They have cheaper, smaller rooms available. Casa isn't much too see so don't bother staying too long.

Impressed by the friendly staffs. They promptly accepted my request for an early check-in. Hotel location is close to 'Place Mohamed V' and the Tram Stop (8-10 mins walk). Many inexpensive restaurants around. Though we had a double room, but it was as big as a suite with an additional room and balcony. Clean bathroom and toilet. I would recommend.

Well located and well priced. Might want to give guests directions prior to check in...it was really difficult to find the first time.
