Very nice, clean hotel for what you pay. Wifi is good here. Staff don't speak much English because Casablanca is not so touristy so maybe find out information online. Great central location

Very convenient location. Room was clean.

Don´t get ripped off if you take a petit taxi here! It would have been nice if the hotel gave tips or directions from the train station, but the staff were pretty unhelpful the whole time and their English isn´t that good. When I checked in, the balcony door in my room had been open the whole day so there were tons of mosquitos and flies everywhere. I told them about it, but in the end I had to kill all them myself. Besides that, the room was big and there was wifi in the room.

Well located; wifi good. Downsides: - you hear everything (we woke up at 5am because someone was taking a shower upstairs...); very loud when doors are being shut - bad smell in the bathroom...; old facilities; no shower curtain! no hair dryer (not even available on demand) - heating didn't work - the pillow was falling apart - credit cards not accepted

I stayed for just one night with four friends. Staff was relatively helpful. Was kind of annoyed that instead of helping us to order a pizza, the guy behind the desk just pointed out that Pizza Hut was nearby. But that's not the end of the world. Great value for month. $20 per person for a room with two nice beds. Can't do much better than that. Area was a little sketchy, but we didn't encounter any real problems.

Friendly and helpful desk staff, good breakfast for extra, cold in the room -but there were plenty of blankets so warm in bed.

Moroccans still have a LOT to learn about tourism. Staff is nice but I expect a little bit more. Giving indications & tips is the least the receptionist should do. For example: where to go (Mosque Hassan II, the Medina, & so on), price for little taxis, how safe the city is (& what to do to be safe), & so on. Atmosphere is nice but in the end quite impersonnal, just another hotel really. Considering accomodation prices in other cities, the price of this hotel is far too high.

Staff were very pleasant upon arrival. Many cafes nearby for breakfast or just to have a drink. Disappointing that you could not order anything from the kitchen after breakfast hours, not even a coffee. Wi Fi connection not good.
