I had a very unfortunate interaction with a staff member here. After questioning him on why my sister and I couldn't return two breakfast vouchers (we got them by mistake),he took to belittling me, even going so far as to call me stupid for buying the vouchers in the first place. I told him that was an unkind way to treat guests. He muttered 'stupid Americans' under his breath. I found his behavior remarkably inappropriate and uncalled for.
