Excellent location, decent staff but filthy shower and bathroom, in need of a good scrub. Rooms need a good lick of paint and a basic refurbishment, new carpets, furniture etc

Very nice guy in a very welcoming and familiar atmosphere typically Basque one with rugby pictures, I loved it! Nice place to stay as very well located, in the city center and close to the bus stop of the airport line! Great place!

My friends and I wanted to go to Biarritz but it is obviously not a popular backpacker tourist destination. We arrived early in the morning and luckily the woman in charge of the hotel spotted us trying to knock on the hotel door from her home across the road. She let us check in early, choose from the different rooms even though we were paying for a cheaper room and made us coffee. She was very pleasant. Was a clean and comfy hotel, walking distance to the beach, supermarket around the corner.
