me equivoqué en la reserva, y no tuve la oportunidad de rectificarla, ya que no había señalado los 2 euros de cancelación. Estoy descontenta porque una cosa es que quieras cancelar la reserva, y otra que quieras modificarla y no te deje. Así que no he ido a ese viaje ni he estado en ese hotel. he puesto excelente porque si no, no me dejábais enviar los comentarios de abajo

i like the breakfast buffet so much

This hotel is very nice. It's good for the rest.

The staff was very friendly, and so helpful! They gave us great suggestions on places to eat/things to do etc. However, it is the off season so there wasn't much going out to do in the area. Unless you took the bus to downtown palma. but the beach is so close! and there is an amazing restaurant close by as well with 2 for 1 drinks! Great deal, and cheap weekend for a beautiful place.

The location was perfect. We were literally a minute and a half walk from the beach! We also were close to various restaurants (5min walk or less). The breakfast had quite a selection and the desk people were always willing to help!

We loved the hotel, extremely comfortable and beautifully decorated. The staff were extremely helpful and kind and we LOVED the free breakfast buffet! A wonderful place to stay at an amazing price.

I really liked Balear hotel!! It is really close to the airport, and easy to find. Although the center of Palma is not near by, I liked it's location, the bus station is super close and it has many markets around, and beach. But the staff at the hotel amaze me the most!! People at the reception desk were always smiley, nice, and ready to help. They are wiling to introduce you to Palma, to suggest interesting places to visit, restaurants to eat, and near by sights. Breakfast is awesome as well!
