Our door didn't lock, so didn't feel safe leaving any valuables in the room

I hated this hostel. just terrible. first of all they have kind of a club right in front of all the rooms and the music just keeps on going until well after midnight. manager/owner is DJ and seems to not care about it. beds are old and uncomfortable, the whole room feels uncomfortable. Even though we were staying in a female dorm we had men coming in and out at ANY time and also sleeping in the free beds. There was no staff to do something about noise in hallway. dirty kitchen + bathrooms!

Not a good experience. There was a sense that nobody had anything under control. There was a horrid stench in the hostel. Every night there were people sleeping in our room who did not belong there but I didn't complain to the staff because they seemed to be their friends. Dirty, noisy place with not the right attitude or character.

No one locks doors here and the rooms were loud. It is a good hostel if all you want to do is party

I've been staying in several hostels in Perth, and this one was definitely the best. The place was very clean and the atmosphere is amazing. Strongly recommend it.
