The hotel is really fantastic! Big room, nice lounge room, wonderful breakfast, and perfect location.

The hotel manager was incredibly kind! :) Everything was perfect!

Great experience, reasonable price, no towels was the only problem I had

excellent location, breakfast was good and the staff was amazing. they were able to help us make reservations with many providers for tours, and the room was vrey clean and comfortable. Florence is pretty small, but this was definitely an amazing location and we could walk everywhere, super easy to find

Location was excellent, a couple minutes walk from all sites and good restaurants. Shared bathroom but it wasn't used by many guests so fairly private. Large room with no AC but fan was provided and there was a large window for airflow. No WiFi in the room, only in common areas - misleading from the hotel description of Free WiFi. Very quiet at night and security was good as there was a front door lock and a room lock.

This hostel was beautiful! Definitely should be considered a hotel because the room and bathroom were HUGE, the beds were very comfortable, and they provided towels, shampoo, soap, and breakfast free of charge! The hostel is in a great location (10 min walk to Duomo, Accademia, and Uffizi), however it's really hard to find. Make sure that if you stay here, you arrive for check in BEFORE 8PM because the entrance gate closes.

We thought the owner was overly aggressive and paranoid when checking out of the hostel. We had two people in a double bedroom, and the owner allowed our third friend to keep his bag in the hostel as he stayed at his friends place from home who was living in Florence. When the third friend came to get his stuff on two different occasions, the owner had a freak-attack when he saw him in the building, called us liars multiple times and was aggressive and unfair when we were being honest
