We had a room with a great city view. Room was very large with simple decor. Bathroom was tiny and water was hard to regulate in shower. Overall good value for the location.

The hotel staff is very friendly. And the hotel might seem hard to find at first, but it is in the central location, close to all the sites that we want to see.

It's my second time staying in SunMoon and again I was very pleased. The staff is very friendly and helpful, it's clean and spacey. Not to mention the perfect location - a stone throw away from Termini Station ;) The only negative experience that I had this time was that the air conditioner wasn't working properly and there wasn't any other heating in the room. But at least there were enough blankets to keep us warm :p I would definitely choose SunMoon again the next time I'm in Rome.

My entire experience at this hotel was terrible. The walls were paper thin and you could hear everything. I asked the unfriendly staff 3 times in one night to do something about loud guests and not only did they not help me, the woman working at the desk stood directly outside my room talking while I tried to sleep. The bed had black hairs all over it. The bathrooms were freezing. They left the front door open which is unsafe and the reception is in a different room so they cant see who comes in

Although the room is so big, the price is too expensive. The location is extremely difficult to find and there is no lift so you have to climb 2 floors of stairs.

hiding in the center of Florence. Very clean, convenient and the breakfast is great. Though no lifting is a little bit inconvenient, it's still worthy considering the history of the house. Recommend!

Location was excellent, in a rather lively alley just a few steps to Duomo. The hostel had a old but nice feel, you felt like you were living in a part of history. The staff were nice as well and offered a great deal of help when asked. My only complaint was the bathroom if you book shared bathroom. There are two shared, one is tiny and the other is larger but very cold (I went during Christmas season). The water was weak and temperature inconsistent. Besides this, we had a great stay here!

Fantastic palazzo of 16centuary! We were happy there)) We saw Duomo in the window very close! Breakfast was good: coffee, tee, cookies, jam. But it was two problems: too cold in the night and problems with hot douche. But when we told the stuff about cold he brought us portative radiator, it was enough. We would like to stay here again!
