The hacienda is extremely clean (brand new when we stayed) and great value for money. The caretaker Paco and his family were absolutely lovely, and ready to help us with all of our questions, give us advice for activities to do and everything we needed. It is half way between the center of town and the beach, so its best to hire a motorbike or something similar if you want to stay there.

They didn't serve breakfast and it was a little ways out from downtown, but you can't expect every hotel and hostle to be smack dab, crammed in the mix. While they had no facilities, we were able to pay to have a load of laundry done, which they didn't normally do so I thought that was very nice.
