Staff was very friendly and helpful and it was wonderful that they all spoke English well. We would have liked to have a somewhere secure to leave our bags instead of just the shelf by reception, but we appreciated the option to leave them and enjoyed our stay at Hotel Belfort.

If you only need a clean bed to sleep in at night and else spending time outside of hotel, then this is pretty good considering its price.

Paid for a private room - good deal since hotels in Paris are so expensive otherwise. The shower was tiny - like barely enough room to turn around in, but for the price it was not a problem. It had all the basics that were needed, the bed was super-comfy. Decent location, not far from a Metro - about 10-20minutes to the sights in Paris. Helpful, friendly staff. Would stay again.

A really nice place to stay. It's near two metro stations, a carrefour express, dozens of restaurants and there is a bakery just around the corner. All staff members speaks english and are very polite. The room is cleaned everyday. I tottaly recommend it.

Hotel staff was so kind, sympathetic, friendly, smiling and helpful. Beds are not so comfortable and the elevator is old but the hotel is very closed to metro station and the farthest touristic place takes 30 mins by metro. Additionally, the location of the hotel is very safe, it doesn't matter at what time of the night you walk in the streets, there is nothing to worry about. It deserves the price absolutely.

Nice and clean hotel close to the subway station Charonne. A district which holds cheap restaurants and stores. Room was cleaned every day. Got new towels and hot shower. Had a stay on the 4th floor. I think they renovate floor 1/3 and up scaling prizes. Noisy neighbours had no trouble letting them self’s hear trough the thin walls

It was nice but i would definitely make it so that the WiFi could be used in the rooms on the top floor. Also the walls in the rooms need re papering. Other than that it was a good stay. As a hostel it is a nice place however as a Hotel it is not the best. Average i would stay. Nothing really special about it but nothing to really complain about.

It's a good hotel but not the best I've stayed at, nor the best for my money. However, it was well located for my purposes - I had a friend's show nearby - and it felt safe, clean, and the staff was very accommodating. On another note, my friends also stayed here in another room and they booked a double bed, but got two twin beds pushed together. Me and my boyfriend booked a twin room but got three beds. Random! Restaurants, bars near Traditional drawbacks of most Parisian hotels : thin walls

Good base and reasonably good inter-connected for a short stay in Paris

Staff were friendly, 3 minute walk from a metro station. Room was clean, plain but decent for the price. The "Continental Breakfast" was very basic and plain which would be my only criticism

it's a small hotel with small rooms and (very) small beds (I stayed in a I'm 1,85 and barely fit in a single bed, so taller and bigger people might have some problem to compensate, the shower is just great! and the location is not bad, close to 2 subway stations (Charone and Voltaire) Staff was friendly, and they have the smallest elevator ever - which is very good considering it's not usual in Paris so, considering it's Paris, it will be hard to find something like this for this price.

Me and my friends had a very nice stay at hotel Belfort. The staff was friendly and helpful, but not everyone speaks English. Google Translate was very helpful though :)
