Left a lot to be desired, only really redeeming quality is the location. The walls were paper-thin, and there was a constant stream of noises from the street. Certain members of the staff were helpful, some weren't. Not really sure if it was worth the money.

Thankfully I speak French. Not super English-friendly. Room was comfortable enough, though clearly out-of-date & a little drab (tiles falling off the bathroom wall, strong smell of smoke in the room, etc.). Bathroom was spacious, including a bathtub (a nice upgrade for the usual hostel traveller). Breakfast was pleasant. Not much opportunity to socialize with other travellers, but excellent distance from a great street called Blvd. Voltaire, where one can find tons of food (even kosher!) & shop.

Basic hotel for just getting sleep, location is outside of the main points to see in the city, but just up the road from the Metro which is very helpful. The rooms do not look the nicest and have terrible lighting but there were clean sheets and private bathroom. One/Two person elevator. Very slow. might as well walk up to what ever floor you are on.

Terrific Hotel, close to Metro in a quiet clean neighborhood. Have stayed here twice now, will definitely come again.

It's terrible. the price is good, but there are several hostels that are better and cheaper. The security it's a huge problem because when you leave the hotel you need to drop the key in the reception, and when you return you can ask for any key, and they will give you, with no question.

Nice place and good location to stay. There is wi fi internet connections in the rooms. There were only few exceptions. The walls were thin enough to hear the next rooms conversations and the noise on the road. The sheets are changed every 7 days during your stay.

Worst lumpy pillow I've ever slept on. And there was an odd smell in the Hotel on the first day we arrived which was like cat food or something. Everything else was ok. Paris is expensive and this was the cheapest half decent place we could find.

Terrible security, they really need to rethink their process... anyone could ask for a room numbers keys and they would hand them over no questions asked. Good location though near a convenience store, and a metro stop.

You get what you have paid for, room, bathroom, for a budget price. There is nothing else special. There was breakfast for 5€ but we didn't try it. The room and bathroom was clean. The night porter didn't speak English, but this is no surprise in France. On the other hand they were helpful! One thing I really liked: we had free WIFI in the room.

Although the hostel is located over the eastern side of Paris it is still well within reach of everything as the metro system is soo simple and cheap to use if u buy weekend/bulk tickets. Plus it is also incredibly close to two metro stations and has some bars in the area for a bottle of wine or two..! I can speak french but there was times where i could not say what i needed to and the staff were able to speak in english with me also which was incredibly helpful!

Me and my friend enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff was really nice and our room was good. The location of the hotel isn't central but it took maybe 5 minutes to walk to the metro station and then you could easily take the metro to anywhere in Paris. So I can recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to have a pleasant sleep in Paris for quite little money.

When you take a shower the bathroom becomes totaly wet! No breakfast, however there's market very near and cheap. There's near from the hostel a metro station. Free internet. I recomend it.

The location was pretty good if you want to see the sights around Paris. I didn't like the fact that you had to give your key to the front desk every time you left because I felt like when you returned to get your key that you could just pick a room number and they would give it to you, no questions asked. The staff were relatively friendly and let us use the computer (which was slow and kept crashing) for free and print off some things. Overall it was clean and you got what you paid for I guess

The hotel fitted the bill re value for money, you get what you have paid for. My only concern would be the location, I felt a little unsafe returning so late at night, as a female. It appears to be located near a residence area and therefore there were groups of teenagers lurking around. Thanks

Quiet street and room , comfortable beds, good shower, (though no hook for shower head over bath), easy access to the Metro. Decor not great, but for the price a great value hotel.

Good hotel for what we paid. In a nice area with restaurants around and quite easy to get into the centre of Paris. Had a bit of trouble communicating with the man on reception as he would say one word in English and then just continue in French so it was difficult to get good city tips. Clean room, great shower. Would stay here again

The place was great- its just what i was looking for- a clean place to sleep at night. Very close to a metro, and the staff was nice. There is free wifi, but it works best in the lobby. There is a grocery store just down the road which is also very nice. You get what your pay for, but the place is clean and i would definitely stay there again.
