Great staff, very informative. The location is a little out of town, but the hotel is awesome and very clean and secure. Definitely a great stay for what you pay!

Overall the hostel is good, but the location is not cool. The directions don't say we had to look for the black number (numbers in Firenze are red and black, so in the same street you have two buildings with the same number). The building and elevator are in poor conditions, but at least they have one. The ten minutes walk may be valid for a giant, but we had to walk for about 30 minutes with our luggage to find the hostel, please correct the directions!

Loved this hotel. I felt safe walking around the hotel and in the hotel. Our room was large with a TV and they upgraded us to a private bathroom as well. Seriously great for the price.

Great value hotel that's clean and safe. However location is on the outskirts of the town and requires up to 40-50mins of walking from the the furthest attractions. Despite this there is decent access to public transport to get around. Also note the wi-fi is not free by default. We were lucky and got free wi-fi during our stay as a bonus which was much appreciated. Being a 2-star hotel there isn't much of an atmosphere if you are into that.

This was a wonderful find, especially considering the excellently low price! Our room was spacious, clean, and attractive, with a nice bathroom. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. It's a little bit of a hike from the bus station, but certainly manageable. My friends and I were not very experienced travelers and do not speak much Italian, but we felt like we were in very good hands. Highly recommended.

Really nice and helpful staff tell you exactly where to go for anything you could need or want, prime location. Nice rooms with huge TV and cable if your into that. skip breakfast there as it is five euros a person and very underwhelming.

\" Soggiorno ideale ad un prezzo davvero contenuto. La camera era accogliente e provvista di pay-tv. Ho pagato davvero poco per il servizio ricevuto. Grazie ad Andrea per i consigli sui ristoranti ! \"

The room and bathroom were super small which made it a little uncomfortable, but the lounge was nice and comfortable, with wifi. The breakfast room was also pleasant. Not very central though, and there isn't anything that interesting near the hotel, but it's still walkable to the train station. The staff was really nice. If I had to change anything it would just be the size of the room and bathroom.

located an average walk from restaurants and sites, but enjoyable on a sunny day, not so much when its raining. Leave 20-30min to walk from/to the train station with bags. Extremely friendly and helpful staff members. Wi-fi in common area.

i was un-nerved leaving my key with the staff as I left. The directions from the main train station were not accurate or up to date and thus we were forced to take a taxi.

Located around 20 - 25 min from the train station, it is a very good option to explore Florence. Near by the restaurant Zaza ( a great restaurant).
