We enjoyed staying there,wish it was for longer than one night only!Nice, clean & warm room & bathroom. WiFi & TV in the room!Very warm welcoming,great tips given at the time of arrival that suited our interests & time we spent in Florence.Opportunity to leave the luggage in a secure place as well as opportunity to have a nice breakfast(for additional price).Hot drinks also offerred since it was cold outside, thanks! Staff members spoke great English which wasn't the case in many other places we

The staff here were absolutely amazing and made our stay at hotel benvenuti fantastic. It was a great location - walking distance from the main attractions in Florence. We had to move rooms on the second night due to work on the second floor, however this wasn't a hindrance as we were moved to a bigger, better room. If you want cheap but clean, easy accommodation in Florence, stay here.
