Breakfast was quite substantial. Walls between rooms were very thin. You could clearly hear conversations and plumbing.

Great people!! Thay helped us a lot, also we were.so tired as to go out for dinner and thay prepared it for us :-) Thank you for everything!

All employees in service ought to go to Berger to learn. Wonderfully helpfull staff. For example: incisted on me having breakfast altough I overslept the closing time with half on hour, \"today is shabbat, the places in town will be closed\".

i can only recommend this hotel for all visitors in tiberias, staff is very helpful and it was pleasure to stay in this hotel... thank you

Best hostel in isreal I have been in. Nice clean atmosphere, great breakfast and really helpful stuff.

The staff was very friendly and very welcoming, a definite plus. The Breakfast was good and so was the room, even though the bathroom was dirty. Unfortunately though, we received an unwanted wake- up service at 7:30, at 7:45, 8:00 and 8:05, first by phone (when i answered someone hung up) and then by someone knocking at the door fiercely and then attempting to open the door with a key when we did not answer. Apart from this- nice place, good value for money.

Enjoyed our stay here. Very helpful staff. Friendly. Tiberias is great place to stay. Hostel more like a hotel. Good breakfast. Excellent.

Very helpful staff and owner. Good choice of breakfast. Bus stops on same street going all directions and close to centre.
