this can't be named a hotel: it is a big flat with bedrooms, badly furnished, people smoking inside, noisy and no WiFi signal in the rooms. not recommended at all.

We got to the hostel at night and the first impression is not that good. Everything looks a bit dodgy. However, we spend the weekend there and it seemed to get better (we probably got used to it). In general we had a nice stay, the place is clean, good value for money and the staff helpful. I would definitely recommend this place if you are not looking for anything fancy. Downsides: it does smell of tobacco a little and it's kind of noisy (you can hear both other rooms and the street at night).

The hostel is very centrally located--only about a 5 minute walk from the central train station. It's not in the best part of town however. The street was extremely loud at night and the Wifi was very spotty. The hostel itself seemed to be fairly secure and the room was quite clean. The hostel employees told us it was 24 hour reception but often there was no one at the desk.

Place is very well located. Close to the station and the central of the city. However, it was very noisy outside. Decent hotel for the money.

The hostel was nice and very clean. We liked our stay and the staff was very nice. The location was pretty close to the trainstation and ca. 10 min to the center...but there is also a metro. The one big problem for us was that the wifi didnt reach our room...this was a reason why we booked it! We dont care so much about tv, towels or breakfast etc...but as a backpacker we need wifi... But everything else was perfect.

Very nice and comfortable hostel! A bit noisy outside, but inside the atmosphere is calm and friendly. Close to the central station, some restaurants available nearby.

The hotel is a big apartment in a residential area close to the train station. The place is a bit shady, and the city inhospitable.

Good place great prace value, really nice staff we arrives there and they explained us all about genova in a map, where to go and to eat well. Great disposition. The only but is that the owners smoke in the hotel, its a totally smoking friendly hotel so if you hate the smell dont come here.

The staff's friendly and welcome. The location is good because the hostel's between the train station and the historical city.

Comfortable rooms in a nice area of the city, close to the historic centre and many other attractions. Was given a map and some tips on arrival

It's a 1 star hotel. The couple that owns it lives inside. They smoke right in front of the no-smoking sign. The place is a little sad but clean. The area at night "feels" a little unsafe because it is close to the train station, but it is very conveniently located for the city center and to the train station.

Thanks them for the friendly hospitality.

Everything is great except the noisy outside.

Owners were always onsite and very helpful.A few minutes walk from Piazza Principe station.Excellent wifi.Decent pizzeria restaurant next door and a small shop that sells beers and snacks a few doors down but perhaps that says more about me than the hostel. Recomended

The room was very clean and bed was comfortable enough. Had everything we needed, but the shower was half broken. WiFi in the room was nice, but quite unstable. Room had air conditioner but it cost €5 for a day, which was a letdown it pushed up the price. The couple running the place didn't speak much English but were friendly and accommodating. Overall it was nice but not really worth the money.
