Thank for your good review. With regard to your remarks, please note in Italy there are restrict laws for hotels: guests can not use hotel's kitchen, only hotel's staff can use it. In any case, the Hotel Bijou has not a kitchen because we have not the restaurant service: we can serve only breakfasts. Also, WIFI connection was not included in your reservation. Thanks a lot for staying here.

Our reply to your comment, please note there are evident errors: - the older guy (older than who?) did not hit the meeting room door: simply he tried to open it without the key but it was locked, obviously you saw badly misunderstood; also, it's not a meeting room, it is a luggage room where, before departure, you left your baggage AT NO COST. Who knows why many cold, mean and shabby guests always forgot to write baggage storage is FREE OF CHARGE at Hotel Bijou.... - no free internet connection and no complimentary breakfast: you booked a single room at Euro 28 per night, breakfast and internet WIFI connection are NOT INCLUDED IN THE RATE of Euro 28, when you booked the room you knew that VERY WELL. For the next time, we suggest you to book a single room at Euro 28 per night in a 5 STARS HOTEL (if you are so lucky...), so you'll have all included and both you and us will get out of this deal...
