Staff was especially friendly and helpful.Rooms were clean. Location is close to train station and Old City Bilbao.

This was such a great hotel to stay in while visiting the Guggenheim. Only a 2 km walk to the museum and then back to the hotel via the Old City and many tapa bars. The staff were really helpful, all spoke really great English and couldn't do enough to help us. Immaculate room and for the cost, a real find!!!

We really enjoyed our stay in Hotel Bilbi. It was excellent according to the hotels or hostels which has the same price. The staff was really helpful and kind and the rooms were always clean. Thank you! :)
