In center of Bilbao, hostel should give MUCH better directions on how to get to hostel as opposed to just listing where it is near. More like a hotel than a hostel, geared toward an older crew of people. Staff was very nice and willing to give suggestions, help out, etc...

A basic choice mixing good location and reasonable price. For the rest, character is a bit impersonal, typical of this class of hotel.

dark... the windows need repair... electricity only works with the key in a slot...maybe that is how is works in Bilbao...the staff were kind...
