It was clean, safe, the staff were very nice, and it was really close to everywhere we wanted to go in town.

Great Location (near the Old City plus convenient Bus, Metro and Train stations all around the place), combined with friendly, English speaking staff. The Hotel is really small, but cosy nevertheless. Nice and big rooms. For a 2-star Hotel, I couldn't expect more. On top it's only 20 euro/night (p/p). Great deal, which I personally recommend !!!

The hotel was in a good location in the old city. It was a 15 minute walk from the Guggenheim and the main City shopping area. The staff were helpful and did what they could to be helpful. My only complaint is that as a single traveller I was charged at double the going rate. It looks like Iam going to have the same problem in Paris at the Hotel Maubeuge. I don't mind paying a bit extra but charging double is a bit much. Tom Brown

Not in the best area, the rooms are at least quite nice. There's also a desktop that's free to use. It also didn't take long to walk into town and, despite the area, I didn't feel too unsafe, though I might have if I'd been travelling alone.

The main problem with this hotel is the location. We were warned by the police when asking for directions to be very careful as the area was dangerous. Furthermore, while Bilbao is not the biggest city in the world, this is fairly out of the way.
