Staff was very impolite and aggressive. When we arrived at the Hotel, Staff seemed like our reservation was a surprise for them. We had more question and they did not want to answer. Reason was unknown. Additionally, we had to pay 3 EUR TAX per night a person for staying at 3-star hotel in Italy. According to the Hotel Staff that TAX is a local fee and effective from September, 2012. That TAX was not included in the Reservation Confirmation Letter and we had no information about that.
