The staff used our passports to ensure that we would stay and they put it for anyone to take them. The room was freezing and drafty, the heating in the bathroom was non-functional which means that it was around 0 celsius in there. The breakfast were crackers with jam in little plastic bags along with some ill-tasting juice. There was a window into the room in which anyone from outside could view inside. The staff didn´t know any english so we had no way of communication.
