We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. There was a bit of a mix up when we arrived (the information we had from hostel world differed from the hotels). We were quite worried, but the owner, Michaela Dietz was very helpful in getting the problem resolved and reassuring us. Michaela was very helpful throughout our stay, recommending places to see in Koblenz, the best restaurants etc. All the staff were friendly, the room was clean, comfortable & spacious, and the hotel is centrally located.

This is a great, affordable three-star hotel. It is clean and well located. We paid six euros for an above-average continental breakfast. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Friendly staff. Good value for money. Location within easy walking distance between Hauptbahnhof and Altstadt.
