Contract Terms and Duration:
Any customer withdrawing in advance from the established stay in the hotel, except for serious reasons supported by documentary evidences, shall pay to the hotel the room fare for an additional period from one to three days.
NO-SHOW is charged for the full reservation value, added 10% V.A.T .
CANCELLATION:
