Is all good, but the staff is not nice. The breakfast is really good, althought we have to pay as an extra. It was a problem that they didn't considerer the 10% of reservation that we had to pay here in Hostel World and said that the money would not come to them. So, we lost the 10% and we have to pay all again! I book from Hostelworld all the time and this never happened in any hotel. I think this is so wrong!

We had a great private hotel room for a good price and in a good location. Staff were not super friendly but the place was great. Definitely would return.

The room was very nice and extremely clean. The only complaint I have is that the walls were too thin and I could hear other's people television. Good room service: pizza + coke = 8 euros in just 15 minutes!

Very nice place, close to metro & tram, 15min on foot to piazza duomo. Staff speaks English and is really helpful - really trying to do their best!
