fist thing, great location-walking distance to two lines of metro, and tram no'9 (that takes you to navigli - a good night life area, and operates until about 2 am). hotel staff were nice, the room was small but clean, and had a t.v. the only weird thing was that we had to leave the room key at the reception, but the hotel operates 24/7, so that wasn't a problem. there was no luggage storage room, so we left our stuff at the lobby, which was far from ideal, but nothing got stolen.

We had a nice stay. The hotel was peaceful and the staff was friendly. While being tired after the flights, the first night started rather unpleasantly due to loud music and talk from the next room. Gladly after I had visited the reception around 11PM, the staff took care of the problem very quickly and professionally. The additional breakfast for 5€ was good value for money and properly made Italian coffee was included in the price.
