The staff was really bad-mannered. Even they forced us to re-pay the deposit. The room was very hot and noisy, I think it would be impossible to sleep there in summer. There's no breakfast included.

Technically the hotel was clean, however the furniture and entire atmosphere was very dirty. I could only get wifi near the reception desk. When we got into Milan and were lost we called the hotel and the clerk had no idea how to get us from Milan central station to the hotel. It was a matter of 5 blocks and he wrongly directed us. They then added money onto our bill at checkout claiming it was taxes and fought us about it!! I will never return nor recommend this Hotel.

The bed is too soft, and the receptionist didn't have a very good english. And wifi for 3 euros only on the lobby is too Expensive as well. Location is ok, 15 min from the train station and 15 min To the duomo.

The Hostelworld website stipulated there was free wifi access and when we arrived we were told that we needed to pay 3 Euros for one days access and the wifi strength was also poor in the room...other than that no complaints about the hotel in general. Just very disappointed about the false advertising.

Is all good, but the staff is not nice. The breakfast is really good, althought we have to pay as an extra. It was a problem that they didn't considerer the 10% of reservation that we had to pay here in Hostel World and said that the money would not come to them. So, we lost the 10% and we have to pay all again! I book from Hostelworld all the time and this never happened in any hotel. I think this is so wrong!
