The staff hardly spoke any English (or any other language than Italian). The security in the hostel was good, but the security of the neighbourhood at night (even around 9-10 pm) is a bit questionable for two women traveling alone. The room and the bed sheets seemed a little humid. It was okay for the money we paid (14 eur per person) and we didn't expect much more. It was okay for one night, but we wouldn't spend more than 2 nights there.

The WiFi is not available in rooms but only by the receptionist, this is practically not useful and this is not clearly specified on your booking site. Breakfast is very poor (no fresh milk or coffee). The room was not good insulated and it was cold.

I've been reading several negative reviews for this Hotel and I was really not sure about sleeping there, but once I got there I understoo the reviews were all WRONG! Let's face it, people who doesn't understand the concept of BUDGET HOTEL should NOT use this website, at all. The Bristol Hotel is the cheapest hotel in Milan, of course it makes sense that you won't find a 5 star room when you get there but, nonetheless, we couldn't really complain about our room.

There are two "Hotel Bristol" in Milan, and this is a little outside the city... Breakfast was okay (nothing really good or bad).

The room smelled a lot like cigarette smoke all the time, and the heating system didn't work at all while we were staying there. We were cold every night and in the morning. The hotel is far from the city downtown, the metro station is almost the last one and it seems dangerous to talk at night. The wifi signal is too weak to reach the rooms, you have to be in the lobby to have internet access. Breakfast was nice, though.

For anyone that wants to visit the center, the hostel is located outside of the urban limit of the metro, meaning you will pay for a double amount of money for your tickets. The elevator is tiny...1 person with luggage barely... the building is very old, so wind is blowing through the room and it's pretty cold. The shower was broken and no warm water from the tap. Couldn't wait to leave in the morning. Aaa and the internet will not work from your room...only right next to the reception desk.

it is no Hotel, like written on tje door, may be it could be called a home for chelterless people. No table in the small room , no stores . We decided, not to sleep in this "bristol", located in 20099 Sesto. The staff did not ask, why we went without sleep. It is a shame to write, is a 4-stars-hotel ! In the bathroom only 2 thin towels for 2 people. We are sorry, but we want to get back our money. A letter will follow and some photos.

There is indeed a Bristol Hotel just outside Milan Central Station, and all the pictures in the site are taken from this hotel. The problem is that the actual reservation was for the Bristol Hotel in Via Fratelli Bandiera, witch is 17,5 km away... And of course the facilities has absolutely nothing to do with those in the pictures...
