Fist for my surprise this hostel is the same of Dergano Room. It's the same place but with two names. The room is ok but really warm. There's no facilities at all, it's really only a place to sleep and take a shower. You can't take the keys of the room with you. The windows were with thin curtains so in the morning the light come completely in the room. The location is really close to metro but doesn't have anything else around. It's ok for the money but doesn't expect anything more than that.
I found this place on hostelworld.com and booked it 20 mins before arriving there. I booked 2 rooms (1 four person private room and a 1 one person private) for the 5 of us. The front desk guy showed us to our 1 four person private. There was some confusion and he didn't speak very good english. But we figured it out anyway and he gave us another room. The place was decent. It was nice to have our own bathroom with shower in the 4 room private. And there was a fan which I really appreciated.

we arrived here late in the evening. had booked the room for one night. after entering the room, we cancelled all our plans and stayed in the room. he was very relaxing sitting in the balcony.
Very very basic hotel, all facilities worked but the bathroom could have been cleaner. It was well connected to the centre but we didn't really feel safe staying there because the front door to the building was always open. For that reason we wouldn't stay again.
Your staff is so rude and they cannot even speak English. They were not understanding. They took our bed for god's sake!
The staff here were quite surly and unhelpful. We weren't told anything about the facilities on arrival - I had to ask twice where the bathroom was and received a snappy response. We had similar poor interactions when leaving our bags behind and trying to use the phone. In all, the communication from staff was gruff and unpleasant. Our room was comfortable, but the bathroom was always quite wet and smelly and soap was not provided for the first two nights.also got lumped with an 18 euro tax.
Air conditioning isn't free apparently? There was a fan in the room, at least. The Wifi was fine and there was cable. The bathrooms were clean, good water pressure, hot showers. It's right by a metro stop, only 10 min from the train station. The only major issue is that we found the gate to the hotel locked at night and werent given a key to it. I didn't see any other way out and the lights were off in the office. Made me wonder what would happen in an emergency or fire. Didn't like that at all.
Crazy extra tourist fee upon arrival (about 3euros per person per night). But otherwise nice large and clean room.
It was a last minute reservation, so we're happy we found this hostel. It is very near the metro and only 4 stops away from the centre. Apart from noisy neighbors, on Monday morning the road works started from outside our window and a garbage pick up. Anyhow, not too bad.
