I went to Hamburg with my girlfriend and it was her christmas gift. Since I am a student and I know what to expect for my budget I was sure it´s not 5*´s but what we got was just ridiculous! The Foyer looked very promising and the staff was very helpfull and led us to our "room". In fact, we had to go out of the Hotel through the delivery entrance, across the backyard that was full of thrashbags, laundry carts and gardening equipment into a GARAGE that was transformed into "Apartments".
