The Hotel has recently changed hands. They need to get a manager to organise the kitchen and dining room in a better way. They are trying hard but need some one to tell them how important good service at the talbes is, and the kitchen needs to be cleaned up, the procedures to sterilize everything from dishes and cutlery to washing vegetables with purified water. They are not using standards up to par with western restaurants and several people including myself got travellers diarrhea.
