Started and finished my trip here. Super clean, no fuss, very comfy, nice hot shower. Felt quite upmarket really. Free (good) coffee in reception a welcome, coming into reception. A really nice stay, quiet and near good rail and underground connections. Neighbourhood didn't bother me at all. Friendly staff.

Rooms were very spacious and well equipped but the hotel felt quite impersonal. Our rooms smelt a bit of smoke. There is a very small kitchen but it lacks plates, glasses, etc.

I love the room, but on my arrival there i got lost and i rang front reception f , i needed help to get directions on how to get to the hotel, but the receptionist have no idea how to speak english, you need to hire someone who can speak english it would be really nice if they are multiligual. Hire someone who can speak english please! i respect the japanese language but the foreigners that stay in your hotel needs to understand what the receptionist is talking about!

First of all, this was more of a business hotel than a hostel. That being said, yet it was clean and there wasn't anything wrong with it, per se. This just wasn't a place with a lot of personality or good atmosphere, if you are looking for that. Also, the location was a bit dodgy (but just a bit).

Clean and very spacious rooms. Friendly staff. My room had its own shower which was great! Good location. Dottonbori only a 25min walk and there are a lot of bars there so you can walk back after the trains stop running.

A rather strange place really, somewhat of a hotel with a little bit of hostel. Very close to a semi-major train station was a major perk. In a very seemy part of town though - a lot of homeless and down-and-out types, but that is ok if you're just heading backwards and forwards from the train station sight seeing. Value for money - it's cheap because of it's basic facilities and location.

We went during winter and the place was very cold. The heating was not working and the corridors were not heated at all. Other than that, I guess you get what you pay for. You pay for monkeys you get peanuts.

Great facilities and customer service. The location can be a little confronting if you are by yourself, but overall had a great time and enjoyed my stay in Osaka with Hotel CHUO OASIS!

Single rooms are small, but very clean and neat. Plus you have your own toilet and shower. There's also small fridge in the rooms. Don't be afraid of the "notorious" neighborhood of hotel (said to be one of the most dangerous in Japan), use your brain and you'll be just fine.

We had a great time at this Hotel. It is cheap and very nicely presented. The staff were very helpful and friendly and we enjoyed our stay here very much. I have japanese friends that told us that the area its located in is not a very good one, but we did not feel unsafe staying at this hotel. Very close to subway line and train station and is on the Osaka Loop Line. I will return on my next trip to Osaka and will be recommending this hotel to anyone i know going to japan. Thanks to the staff

Lovely, spotlessly clean HOTEL with exceptionally helpful and friendly staff. The hotel is DIRECTLY OPPOSITE Hotel Chuo, close by JR station for Kansai International Airport and metro line. The single en suite rooms are compact, but have all that you need incliding T.V., fridge and air-conditioning. The rooms are quite expensive, but relatively speaking and in hindsight you get a lot for your money; coffee available all day and the three computers were rarely that busy. JAPAN is V. EXPENSIVE.

The train station nearby is very convenient. Direct lines to Nara, Umeda, Shin Osaka and Shinsaibashi.

I was very surprised at how fancy the lobby and front desk was despite it not being that expensive. It was nice! I stayed in a 4 person room with a friend and it was very comfortable and clean. It was a little difficult to find at first, though. Once you get used to the area it's not so hard. Lots of good places to eat in the area. I highly recommend this place.
