The staff didn't fulfill the conditions written here on Hostelworld web-pages and their behaviour was very offensive and moreover, they refused to admit their mistake. The acommodation was average, in the same street (which is quite far from city center) you can find many other hostels and hotels which are closer to metro and have nicer staff and for the same or lower price you can have included breakfast there. I won't stay there ever again.
