I had a very nice time. It was very peaceful and the front desk was very helpful. Their breakfast in the morning was great and they had a huge variety. Turin's food is fantastic. Totally suggest staying here.
Not the best hostel at all, very out dated, felt unclean, washing facilities where good but again either dirty or broken. Internet only reaches reception and staff gave us no information on arrival.
Directions were fairly accurate. Helpful evening staff. Nice and clean. Computers available. Not much in the neighborhood in terms of food or shopping.
On the bright side, I ended up in a private room with a queen sized bed. On the other hand, the bathroom smelled a bit, but I really think it was just a cleaning agent I'm not used to. It was not as central as I expected but this is no problem if you use public transport.
We booked a private room for two people last minute and when we arrived the staff person told us that someone had reserved a room for us that he didn't think was appropriate. Luckily for us, he let us see the room first and we agreed that the quality was really bad. He apologized on behalf of his co-workers and upgraded us to a suite at no extra charge. In the end we were very pleased with our stay there as the suite that we stayed in was beautiful.

Is a good place to stay, its clean , nice, and the breakfast was excelent!
no air conditioning, no mosquitoes net so cant open the window wide at night. the shared bathrooms are a bit dodgy but overall everything is clean and tidy.
All in all it's a good hotel for that price. It's a rather old building and did not get much renovated in the last years, but the rooms were clean and and pretty big. The door locks were a bit old and you needed a key, not a card as I'm usually used to. The breakfast was not amazing. The typical things you would get in a backpacker. Toast, precut bread, some cheese and meet. The yogurts are quite good. WiFi is really slow and only available in the basement (PC room). Via cable it's much faster.
