I don't see what else you could ask for in a hotel in this price range. Location is excellent - Colliseum and Forum are only a 10 minute walk away (maybe less). Reception area staff was courteous and professional. The single person room, while small, had everything you could want - working AC, mini fridge. a clean bathroom, a desk, comfy bed, and a TV with some English channels (many places I stayed in Italy only had Italian channels I would stay here again no problem.

Great location. No hot water it was only warm. Front desk advised to run it for 15 minutes before using shower but even after this time the water was only like warm! Air conditioning was very rattley and did not cool the room sufficiently. Other than that the accommodation was very good. Thanks

The staff was not really helpful (exept the lady at the reception): internet was not working, and they told us it was fixed while they knew it was not. Having to pay in cash for our stay is also unconvenient (imagine if you have to pay 5x80€ for a week there ...). The room was OK, clean and with air conditioning The room and breakfast service lady was really nice, the breakfast was good and diversified. The location, near termini station, is usefull.

Altogether, we enjoyed the hotel very much. The rooms were clean and comfortable, though slightly on the smaller side (which is to be expected in Rome, where space is precious). The location was excellent - a fifteen minute walk to the Colosseum on one side and the Spanish Steps on the other. The staff were welcoming and helpful. The only negative was that the walls were very thin and the windows wouldn't shut completely, so it was a little bit noisy. I would nonetheless recommend the hotel!

Very helpful stuff

The walls are so thin! We had to listen to neighbors fornicating very night, and it wasn't just a little noise, it was like we were right there. We also heard every time a door was opened or faucet turned on. We did enjoy the breakfast and happy hour, and found the staff very helpful.
