Altogether, we enjoyed the hotel very much. The rooms were clean and comfortable, though slightly on the smaller side (which is to be expected in Rome, where space is precious). The location was excellent - a fifteen minute walk to the Colosseum on one side and the Spanish Steps on the other. The staff were welcoming and helpful. The only negative was that the walls were very thin and the windows wouldn't shut completely, so it was a little bit noisy. I would nonetheless recommend the hotel!

The walls are so thin! We had to listen to neighbors fornicating very night, and it wasn't just a little noise, it was like we were right there. We also heard every time a door was opened or faucet turned on. We did enjoy the breakfast and happy hour, and found the staff very helpful.

Stayed in Hotel Caravaggio for three nights and I must say it was excellent. The price was cheap yet I still had the perfect room, realistically you just want a pleasant room to sleep and shower in. Pretty nice décor in the rooms and the hotel in general. 10 minute walk from the main train station, In a fantastic area just off a main road, short walk to the Imperial Fori with the Roman Forum and Colosseum. Every attraction is pretty accessible if you don't mind walking. Definitely would go back!

Nice place to stay. Room and bathroom a little small but location was convenient. Nice breakfast. Wifi only in reception.
